- Led AWS infrastructure modernization and security hardening for BMW Bank's critical banking platform across five AWS accounts supporting six cross-functional teams. - Implemented Infrastructure as Code, serverless automation (Lambda, EventBridge, Python), and enterprise security controls, achieving a 30% cost reduction while improving reliability. - Established AWS Organizations and Service Control Policies (SCPs) to enforce cloud governance, security baselines, and regional restrictions. - Designed and enforced least-privilege IAM frameworks aligned with zero-trust principles and enterprise compliance requirements. - Integrated infrastructure security scanning and compliance validation directly into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub). - Established centralized observability using CloudWatch, Prometheus, and Grafana to improve system stability and incident response time. - Ensured robust platform readiness to support scalable cloud-native architectures and intensive AI workload patterns.

I managed and led the migration from on-premise to AWS main stream services with EKS. We decided to use Terraform and Terragrunt for IaC. Also, migrated on-prem gitlab to Bitbucket Cloud for CI and with Argo CD.
