-Assist in leading daily field operations on major industrial projects by coordinating subcontractor manpower, directing construction sequencing and site logistics, facilitating internal field coordination, and resolving trade conflicts to maintain critical-path momentum and support superintendent-level responsibilities. -Assist in onboarding and mentoring junior Field Engineers by providing guidance on daily reporting, field coordination processes, documentation standards, QA/QC expectations, and overall project operations within a fast-paced industrial construction environment. -Produce core field documentation, including detailed daily reports, weekly progress updates, 3-week look-ahead schedules, delay tracking, and field observation, while clearly communicating risks and driving corrective actions with subcontractors and project management. -Execute site safety and QA/QC by enforcing OSHA and project safety plans; verifying that materials, workmanship, and installations comply with contract documents, specifications, approved submittals, testing requirements, and industry standards; coordinating inspections; documenting deficiencies; and ensuring corrective actions are implemented prior to work acceptance. -Support technical and trade coordination through RFIs, drawing revisions, subcontractor coordination meetings, submittal processing, and specification review while providing field-driven input to support procurement, buyout decisions, and cost alignment using On-Screen Takeoff with project management.
