As a Sports and Boarding graduate at Stoke College, I take an active role in delivering PE lessons and coaching school teams, supporting pupils in developing discipline, resilience, and a strong work ethic through sport and physical activity. I lead training sessions, assist with match preparation and performance analysis, and contribute to creating structured, goal-oriented environments that promote both individual growth and team cohesion. Alongside this, I provide pastoral assistance within the boarding houses, supervising academic prep, supporting daily routines, and mentoring pupils to build independence, accountability, and emotional well-being. This residential role has strengthened my ability to motivate, guide, and positively influence young people's skills.
