Collaborated with engineering teams to surface user pain points and reduce contact rate for the organisation. Examples include work with Stripe’s Payout team to re-organise multiple parts of the user interface, leading to reductions in contact rate, and cost savings for the business. eCommerce merchandiser and project officer within Dublin Airport’s Graduate program. Managed the uplift of two e-commerce websites to Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Handled the integration of our Dublin checkout flow to allow for home delivery during covid when the airport was shut down. This led to sales on the webstore having their largest year of sales to date. Successfully integrated a chat service and online help centre on the website using Zendesk chat, leading to a 30% conversion rate of customers who accessed the chat. Engaged directly with global brands such as Estée Lauder, LVMH & L'Oréal to ensure our web offerings were within their guidelines, building bespoke landing pages for each, leading to higher conversions for the brands.
