Eoghan is an independent theatre and opera maker working in Ireland and internationally. He works on new and established texts with a focus on innovative interpretations and interdisciplinary collaboration. Since 2018, he has been Associate Director with Enda Walsh on various opera and theatre productions and was the Associate Director with Corn Exchange Theatre Company from 2015 to 2020. He is also a participant in the 2020/21 Pan Pan International Mentorship Programme under the mentorship of Terry O'Connor and undertaking an Arts Council of Ireland Theatre Bursary to further the development of his artistic practise. Eoghan is on the steering group of the National Campaign for the Arts, a member of IETM, Theatre Forum, Dramaturgs’ Network Ireland and the Irish Society of Stage and Screen Designers. He has a B.A. International (Honours) in Drama and English from UCD and an MFA (Distinction) in Theatre Directing from The Lir, National Academy of Dramatic Art. He has received multiple awards from the Arts Council of Ireland toward his development as an artist.
