Prepare Quality Control Documentation and Plans, perform training on Project QMS to QC inspection personnel, review Subcontractor Quality Procedure or method statement. Participate regular meeting with client for quality issue, prepare and participate to audit internal and subcontractors. Coordinate multidisciplinary inspection during fabrication and erection activity as planned on inspection and test plans. Verify the correct issue of inspection notification to client, participate to inspection. Provide expertise to site team to avoid/resolve quality problems, attend and contribute to internal project technical meetings. Review Quality Control Plans/documents, subcontractor's procedures. Manage the NCR System for monitoring Site Non Conformity process to assure the correct execution and timing closure. Supervise database Project Completion System to assure the correct completion of Quality Documentation Dossier. Coordinate the preparation and review of the Quality documentation dossier of Mechanical Completion for Hand Over to Client. Prepare regular Reports to Saipem Management and Client.
