In my most recent role, to increase maximum profitability, I recruited, trained, and developed sales and customer service people. In accordance with company objectives, developed and executed strategic agency policies. To write and maintain business, I devised and implemented marketing tactics. By reviewing agency performance we were able to improve overall productivity and processes. Using ADP platform, I was able to optimize and manage payroll operations. For the CPA , I updated QuickBooks and ran profit and loss reports. Provided excellent direction and instruction to employees in order for them to identify, reach, or surpass sales targets.
