I am Enrique Serrano Aparicio, a Computer Engineer specializing in Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence, with more than fifteen years of experience designing, developing, and leading high-impact technology projects. As the Founder and CEO of hackrocks, a cybersecurity training platform, I lead a company dedicated to helping organizations, educational institutions, and professionals develop and assess their cybersecurity capabilities through gamified learning experiences. Through our platform, we provide technical assessments, competitions, hands-on labs, challenges, courses, and training programs tailored to real-world industry needs. At hackrocks, we have built an international community of thousands of users who learn while testing and improving their skills in dynamic and realistic environments. We also collaborate with leading companies, universities, and public institutions to foster cybersecurity talent and strengthen digital resilience. Alongside my entrepreneurial work, I serve as a cybersecurity advisor, collaborating with organizations and initiatives such as CISOVERSO, as well as various public and private institutions. I am also the Co-Founder and Vice President of StopHaters, a non-profit organization dedicated to preventing and combating online hate and cyberbullying. I am passionate about technology, cybersecurity, and education, and I regularly participate as an international speaker at industry conferences and events, including TEDx Talks. I have also contributed to media and awareness projects such as Cazador de Trolls, Los Investigadores, and Mundo Hacker TV, helping bring cybersecurity and technology closer to the general public.
