As Managing Director of NOSTER ASCENSORES S.L., I have led the successful merger of Ascensores Acresa Cardellach, S.L. and Ascensores Cruxent Edelma Aspe, S.L., creating one of Catalonia’s leading elevator companies. This integration has gone far beyond the operational sphere — it has been the union of two organizations with strong identities, deep expertise, and shared values. Through this process, I’ve focused on aligning teams, cultures, and visions to build a single, forward-looking company. Today, NOSTER ASCENSORES stands as a benchmark in our sector — in revenue, workforce, and customer trust. Above all, our greatest strength lies in our people, whose talent, commitment, and teamwork have turned a complex merger into a success story of growth and unity.
In my role as Managing Director at Acresa Cardellach, S.L., I have the privilege of leading a dynamic team of over 150 dedicated employees. My focus is on fostering a collaborative environment where each team member feels valued and empowered to contribute to our shared mission.
I was appointed Managing Director of Ascensores Tacony, S.L. — in addition to my role as Managing Director of Ascensores Acresa Cardellach, S.L. — to lead the merger by absorption and full integration of both companies. Beyond the strategic and operational challenges, my main focus was on supporting our people throughout the transition, fostering trust, collaboration, and a shared corporate culture. Thanks to this people-centered approach, we achieved a smooth and successful integration that preserved talent, strengthened our organizational culture, and enhanced operational efficiency. My role concluded once the integration into Ascensores Acresa Cardellach, S.L. was fully completed.
