Founding Partner at Traverse Legal, PLC, I’ve spent the last 18+ years helping technology companies, entrepreneurs, creators, and global brands turn digital attention into durable business value—while protecting their intellectual-property and publicity rights. My practice spans: Name, Image & Likeness & Publicity Rights: Counseling celebrities, athletes, influencers, agencies, and platforms on licensing, misappropriation defense, valuation, and damages attribution. Digital-Monetization Strategy: Designing affiliate and influencer-marketing programs for Fortune 500 brands, energy-drink and supplement companies, sports leagues, and emerging social-media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch). Endorsement & Sponsorship Agreements: Negotiating six- and seven-figure deals for NFL athletes, globally recognized creators, and high-reach social-media personalities—structuring revenue-share terms, FTC-compliant disclosures, and cross-platform licensing. Platform Compliance & Enforcement: Representing clients in arbitration and litigation against major platforms over demonetization, account deactivation, and content-policy disputes. I also advise SaaS, AI, blockchain/DAO, autonomous-vehicle, and NFT ventures on corporate governance, IP protection, and risk mitigation—and lecture frequently on AI ethics, blockchain regulation, and NIL valuation at universities, CLEs, and industry conferences. I founded Traverse Legal to change the way law is practiced—leveraging technology, data, and entrepreneurial insight to help clients grow revenue, innovate responsibly, and stay out in front of regulatory and platform-policy shifts. Let’s connect if you’re a creator, brand, or tech leader looking to transform digital attention into strategic advantage.

The UASSC’s mission is to coordinate and accelerate the development of the standards and conformity assessment programs needed to facilitate the safe integration of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) into the national airspace system (NAS) of the United States, with international coordination and adaptability. In fulfillment of its mission, and with the support of over 300 subject matter experts, the UASSC published in December 2018 a Standardization Roadmap for Unmanned Aircraft Systems, Version 1.0, describing the current and desired future standardization landscape for UAS. Topics covered include: airworthiness; flight operations; personnel training, qualifications, and certification; and specific operational concerns related to critical infrastructure inspections, commercial services, and public safety. Some 60 gaps were identified where no published standard exists to address a particular issue of concern. The focus is on civil, commercial, and public safety applications to help support the growth of the industry. The document is available as a free download at www.ansi.org/uassc.
