Passionate about IT and modern workplace technologies, I started my career in technical support, where I built strong troubleshooting, user support, and endpoint management foundations. Working in fast-paced environments taught me how to resolve issues efficiently, manage ticketing workflows, and deliver high-quality support focused on user experience.
