With a portfolio of gross written premia of €400M and over 1.2M customers Facile.it is by far the country’s largest (online and offline) motor insurance broker. • Designed and implemented the growth strategies of Professional Indemnities products (P.I.) and Claims Redemption activities together contributing €20k/month to the EBITDA of the Insurance BU • Coordinated the implementation of the lead selling platform “Contattogiusto” (www.contattogiusto.it), defined the platform’s pricing and performed its commercial launch • Managed and improved the daily operations of P.I., Claims Redemption and Contattogiusto.it and set daily, weekly and monthly goals for a team of 4 salespeople • Acted as a direct interface between the insurance companies (Axa, Allianz, Admiral, Generali, Am Trust Europe Ltd, Unipol) and Facile.it for the projects under my responsibility Key achievement: reached a +15% and +10% average EBITDA growth for P.I and Claims Redemption activities compared to the same period of the previous year
