Always interested in improving the quality of the software produced for my own or for my customers, it has been natural to me to adopt the Agile framework. I worked as Scrum Master and as Product Owner, depending on the kind of project I was involved in; I also worked as an Agile Coach – introducing, facilitating or refining the adoption of Agile – even by introducing new collaborative tools, such as Lean Coffee. Worked as Project Manager and Coordinator, I also like to continue to develop applications, designing and programming Software Interfaces and Databases.
