Leading operations (P&L responsible) of RWE's European offshore wind portfolio (EBITDA > €0,5bn, ~1,2 GW capacity, ~200 FTE), achieving sustained industry benchmark performance. Key responsibilities are developing staff capabilities, design and implementation of a fleet wide operating model, leveraging scale based on harmonised org-structures, processes & systems and relevant standards. Recently concluded post-merger integration of Innogy and E.ON assets into RWE, having created, implemented new org-structure and transformed operating model.
