Right arm of the Head Chef all the time and relief chef when his off of duty. Assisted the Head Chef to manage and organize a team of 8 chefs and cooking food for 97 crew and up 25 guests. Be on the side of the Head Chef for menu planning, provisioning order and budgets. Garnish and serve the dishes with the Head Chef. Lead of service in the galley when the Head Chef is busy in the office or away for his holiday. Make sure that all galley stations, fridge and walking fridge/freezer were clean and up to hygiene standards. Responsible of dry store and check food expiry dates and discarded an outdated food.
