Previously, he worked in 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝗔𝗶𝗿 𝗟𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲 (CAC 40).     My work focuses on 𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻-𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 under scientific uncertainty, in order to shape long-term industrial trajectories. This work includes the definition of the Group’s 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 & 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆, framing scientific priorities and industrial choices over a multi-year horizon. From this perspective, I oversee and contribute to the execution of strategically relevant initiatives, including: – the development and application of Progressia, a methodological framework for guiding innovation under uncertainty (published in 𝗖𝗘𝗥𝗡 IdeaSquare Journal of Experimental Innovation); – the science-based selection and assessment of startups and external technologies; – interactions with research institutions and public bodies on research funding, scientific publications and intellectual property.

As an 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿, I designed and developed a new deep-tech business project in the field of technical gases, combining scientific innovation with emerging digital services and requiring strong transversal coordination across business lines. In parallel, as an 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿, I contributed to: – the 𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲- and 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆-𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 scouting and assessment of startups and emerging technologies, in support of internal investment and strategic positioning; – the diffusion of innovation frameworks and practices across different business units; – the setup of collaborations between internal R&D, universities, startups and research centers in areas including healthcare, hydrogen-based mobility, space and industrial applications.
