Design business processes and supervise system development to support direct Business to Business connectivity for Insurance and Reinsurance contract administration, covering both Claim and Premium accounting, leveraging industry standard messaging (ACORD) capabilities. Define flexible and granular process reporting framework to enable KPI monitoring and detailed drill-down capability. Support organisational shift from legacy LIMNET to modern ACORD based interface to the London Insurance markets
Coordinated the design of a streamlined business process for high volume / multi-location document induction into the Group's operational workflows; manged the specification of the associated user applications for the various mediums (e-mail, scanning, B2B), system requirements and deployment strategy. Designed underlying Induction efficiency and accuracy KPIs.
