Support Credit Risk Director and Sales team in credit assessments • Collect customer data from publicly available sources • Analyze financial statements of the customers • Analyze/prepare projection of net risk development for newly financed objects and for existing customer´s portfolio • Prepare summary of each financing proposal, listing strong points of each proposal and risks of the proposal • Make recommendations based on summary of strengths and risks of each proposal Preparation of Credit Application forms for proposals presented to SFS Head office Credit Committee • Monitor deliveries under approved single customer’s credit frames • Preparing + confirming RM scoring & Following AML policy rules • Permanently develop methods and procedures related to Credit Risk evaluation • Monitor relevance of the valid MV model for all countries in CER and propose changes to MV models if needed, even for each country individually.
• Scheduling meetings with clients to discuss their financial needs and goals. • Anti-money laundering processes such as performing due diligence on customers and ultimate beneficiary owners. establishing the purpose of the transaction and origin of funds. Scrutiny of potentially suspicious behaviors and reporting of suspicions according to established channels. • Putting credit application together for approval by the Credit risk manager • Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and client referrals. • All other duties in previous role (Credit Administrator).
• Actively Question daily routines and suggest improvements continuously. • Participate in mapping the credit Administration process and in developing the same with Country manager and Financing Representative (FR). • Keep credit administration Policy updated. • After Credit Decision, check contracts and other documents issued by the FR. • Ensure that all securities in contract are duly signed, registered and installed. • Approve delivery without delay and ensure that the acceptance Certificate has been duly signed and that we receive it without delay.
• Procurement: Full supplier mapping and proper maintenance of the supplier master list. • Contracts set up based on finalized supplier mapping and timely renewal of expired contracts. • All other duties in previous role (Administration Assistant).
