Graduated from Education University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Education (Honors) in Music, majoring in Conducting and Western Percussion, Wu received the Instrumental and Choral Conducting Award in 2015, Student Pro-Artist in 2016, Dean's Honor List in 2017, Academic Award in 2017, Hong Kong Chiu Chow Chamber of Commerce Scholarship in 2018, and the 2018-2019 President's Appreciation Award (Arts and Culture) by the Education University of Hong Kong. As a conductor, Enoch started his conducting studies in his second year of undergraduate study. His conducting mentors included Prof. Roberto Paternostro (a pupil of Herbert von Karajan), Douglas Bostock (Music Director of Argovia Philharmonic Orchestra), Professor William Weinert (Eastman University School of Music), Professor Georg Leopold (Anton Bruckner Privatuniversität), and Ms. Wing-Sie Yip (Director of Hong Kong Sinfonietta). He was an assistant conductor of the Education University Orchestra and the Education University Chinese Orchestra, assisting with regular rehearsals and conducting school performances such as the Christmas Concert, the Lunar New Year Concert, the Annual Concert, and various conducting seminars. He studied in Austria from 2016-17 when he was invited to participate in the conducting course offered by Anton Bruckner Privatuniversität, as well as international conducting masterclasses held there featuring professional orchestras worldwide. These orchestras included the Hong Kong Sing-fest Academy Orchestra (Hong Kong), the Berlin Sinfonietta (Germany), and the Argovia Philharmonic Orchestra (Switzerland). Apart from orchestral conducting, he studies various styles of choral music and assists in choral conducting and choir training. He was the assistant conductor of two secondary schools in Hong Kong and was awarded the Choral Award Scholarship in 2014-2015 and 2015-2016.
