Experienced financial services and business development professional with a diverse background spanning the humanitarian sector, government administration, banking, and investment services. My career began with Handicap International Belgium, where I served as Responsable of Mission Network during the Kosovo War, coordinating operational support activities in Tirana, Kukës, and Durrës. This early experience helped shape my ability to work in complex environments and manage responsibilities with a strong sense of purpose. I later served as Assistant to the Cabinet of the Vice Prime Minister of Albania within the Government of Albania, gaining valuable insight into public administration, policy coordination, and institutional operations. I subsequently built extensive experience in the banking sector, focusing on market development, financial products, and marketing strategies with institutions such as BIS Banca Albania - Banca Popolare Pugliese and Veneto Banka Albania - Gruppo Veneto Banca where I contributed to product development, market positioning, and client relationship management within the Albanian financial system. Currently, at Concord Investment, I am engaged in sales and business development, working on expanding market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and supporting growth initiatives. I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Marin Barleti University, with a focus on business management, marketing, and related support services. Throughout my professional journey, I have developed strengths in financial services, negotiation, market development, strategic communication, and relationship management across both public and private sectors.

Worked with Banca Popolare Pugliese (BIS Banca in Albania) and Veneto Banka, contributing to the development and positioning of banking products, market expansion initiatives, and client relationship management. Responsibilities included supporting product strategy, analyzing market opportunities, and promoting financial solutions tailored to both individual and business clients. Veneto Banka, formerly part of Veneto Banca Holding based in Montebelluna (Treviso), operated within an international banking network across the Balkan region, including Romania, Moldova, Croatia, and Albania. Since July 2017, the bank has been integrated into Intesa Sanpaolo, one of Europe’s leading banking groups. Through these roles, gained solid expertise in banking services, product marketing, client relationship management, and the development of financial solutions aligned with market needs and institutional growth objectives.
