-Ensure the event’s success through coordination of the appropriate staff and by thorough planning and ongoing communications with clients and stakeholders -Lead and plan HKCEC advancement projects including scope, schedule and cost management -Train and nurture Assistant Event Managers to enhance their performance for future succession
-Plan and oversee projects to ensure they are completed on time within budget -Give out new ideas on developing HK Ticketing business and positioning in the market -Assist daily ticketing operation including call center operation and dealing with event promoter
-Work with customers in planning and organizing exhibitions, conferences and special events -Coordinate and liaise with different parties to organize events to ensure the event’s success -Provide planning outlines to facilitate meetings with customers and internal departments
-Promote and organize sizeable banquet and events held in the Racecourses -Develop and execute product and market promotion plans to match with hospitality environment -Assist in menu preparation and promotion materials design
