    Led the design, execution, and reporting of a Rapid Impact Assessment on the effects of the 2023 conflict on women-led small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the Gaza Strip. The study focused on economic disruption, infrastructure damage, market collapse, and psychological impacts on women entrepreneurs, with over 211 survey participants, focus groups, and key informant interviews. Key Responsibilities: Designed research methodology and tools for qualitative and quantitative data collection Coordinated data collection with over 200 women-led SMEs across diverse sectors Conducted key informant interviews and facilitated focus group discussions Analyzed impacts on income, business operations, supply chains, and mental health Developed evidence-based strategies for recovery, including financial, infrastructural, and psychosocial support Produced a comprehensive report used to inform international donor interventions and policy recommendations Key Achievements: Delivered one of the first in-depth assessments on post-war women entrepreneurship in Gaza Report influenced funding priorities and recovery programming by multiple stakeholders Highlighted grassroots solutions and women-led recovery approaches in fragile contexts The study was conducted under the 'Women Deserve' project, implemented by the Society of Women Graduates (SWG) in partnership with the Palestinian Working Woman Society for Development (PWWSD), as part of the FEMPAWER program – Feminists for Women’s Economic Rights.
