► Led QC Department (along with R&D) of Orion Home Appliances Ltd. (OHAL) belongs to Orion Group which is manufacturing Refrigerators, Air-conditioners, TV and small appliances products since May’2021. ► Established quality standards, specifications and control procedures (SOP) for refrigerators & others products. ► Conducted regular LQC, IQC, OQC related activities coordinating with others team members. ► Identified & resolved quality-related issues in the production processes collaborated with others concern for solution. ► Worked closely with customer service department to address quality complaints and improved customer satisfaction. ► Collaborated with local & foreign suppliers/vendors to ensure they meet quality standards & address quality concerns. ► Ensured that, the company complies with national and international quality standards. ► Oversaw the inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process time and finished products to ensure they meet standards. ► Closely collaborated with SCM & suppliers concern during new product development & existing product modification. ► Conducted six-sigma project for defect reduction and to minimize parts rejection. ► Conducted RCA, DFMEA, PFMEA and providing training to subordinates on CTQ, CTP and 5S. ► Maintained detailed documentation of quality control processes, inspection results, RCA findings & corrective actions. ► Prepared & presented quality reports to senior management on QC measures, challenges & areas of improvement.

(OHAL) belonging to Orion Group which is manufacturing Refrigerators, Air-conditioners, TV and small appliances products since May’2021. ► Developed R&D strategies, setting long-term & short-term R&D goals aligning with business objectives. ► Oversaw the design, cooling circuit, COP and others performance of existing products and finding development scopes and introducing updated product. ► Analyzed market demand and competitor products to understand customer’s preferences and industry trends. ► Prepared project feasibility & proposal for new products, presenting to management & finally implementing this to production. ► Led & managed development projects (e.g: cost saving; new product implementation; quality improvement; new process development; new supplier & vendor development; manpower optimization; overhead cost reduction etc.) from concept to completion collaborating with SCM, Production, QC, Compliance, Marketing etc. Department. ► Reviewed monthly after sales service report to do the necessary improvement in products & production lines. ► Conducted Tear Down Analysis (TDA) on failure products, doing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on it and finding root causes behind failure and finally setting corrective actions against failure modes. ► Developed new BOM, monitored regular BOM and continuously worked to reduce wastages & BOM consumption. ► Conducted several cost savings projects (e.g: Liner sheet thickness reduction; plastic, raw materials consumption reduction; manpower utilization; productivity increase etc.) and quality improvement related projects (e.g: joint free condenser circuit development; hot pipe’s flow path alteration; lock ring joint reduction etc.). ► Provided regular updates and detailed reports to senior management on progress, challenges, and achievements.

► Installed several power presses, high speed lamination press, deep drawing press collaborating with suppliers and inhouse teams. ► Implemented several new progressive dies, transfer dies, lamination dies collaborating with R&D team & suppliers. ► Converted & modified several existing dies to achieve product changes & raw material consumption related objectives. ► Converted several single rows dies to double rows & double rows dies to triple rows dies to increase productivity & reduce cost. ► Worked on several process and operational costs reduction related activities collaborating with several functional departments. ► Directly worked on die & machine maintenance related activities to reduce breakdown time & increase productivity & OEE. ► Collaborated with SCM & operations team to develop new sheet material suppliers after assessing materials property & line trial. ► Handled technical specifications of several raw materials (low & high carbon steel, resins, Al & Cu wires, process etc.) & declared conformity & non-conformity of those after analyzing reports. ► Sourced and developed several local & foreign suppliers for sheet metal dies, die casting molds and necessary spare parts. ► Installed & commissioned several Al die casting machines and molds collaborating with suppliers and inhouse functional departments (R&D, SCM, Production, QC, Maintenance etc.). ► Installed several heat-treatment (annealing) and melting furnace aligning with business needs and handed over this to production. ► Collaborated with product service, QC & R&D department regarding market failure and implemented this in products timely. ► Worked on several raw material consumption reduction related activities (sheet width reduction, parts making from scrap, oil-based coolant to water-based coolant conversion etc.) to reduce finished goods cost. ► Increased process efficiency (OEE), optimized manpower, developed short-term & long-term solutions based upon necessity.
► Joined as a process engineer and assigned to develop & conduct Injection Molding section including machines, molds & robots. ► Installed & handed over several injection molding machines collaborating with suppliers and inhouse technical teams. ► Analyzed product design with R&D concern and implemented molds accordingly, provided operational instructions (SOP). ► Implemented several transfer robots (3 axis, pick & drop type) collaborating with suppliers & inhouse concern departments. ► Worked on molds cycle time reduction, breakdown minimization & productivity increase, OEE increase related activities. ► Coordinated with R&D and production during new product implementation and existing product modification activities. ► Changed several molds from cold runner to hot & semi hot runner to minimize wastages. ► Developed several handling & packaging processes for sensitive plastic parts to reduce wastage at final stage.
► Belonged to Engineering Department as an executive engineer to execute entire plastic material (PP, PVC & ABS) processing (Injection Molding) to produce BTS (Blood Tubing Set) which is used for dialysis of Kidney patients. ► Directly coordinated high precision mold maintenance & machine maintenance related activities between internal engineering team including workshop and supplier’s team. ► Directly involved to maintain spare parts (both for molds & machines) stock & coordinated communication between suppliers & procurement/commercial concern. ► Approved SOP (Standard Operational Procedure) for Molding line (both for machine & molds) operations, maintenance and followed up activities with respect to SOP on regular basis. ► Involved to follow-up material consumption plan (consecutive 4 months) with respect to targeted production quantity & coordinated material flow between SCM to production floor.
