Engr. Develop and implement comprehensive HSE management systems, policies, and procedures. Lead and supervise HSE teams to ensure effective implementation and maintenance of HSE programs. Monitor and evaluate HSE performance through audits, inspections, and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Conduct risk assessments and hazard analysis. Develop and implement control measures and mitigation strategies. Provide guidance and support to departments and teams in conducting their own risk assessments and implementing risk controls. Stay abreast of relevant HSE laws, regulations, and standards, ensuring organizational compliance through regular audits and assessments. Track progress towards HSE goals using key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaborate with senior management to establish measurable HSE goals and objectives.
