During my service life, I had design and drafted various Residential, Commercial & Industrial building projects as well as the administration sector of the company. Currently, I am studying MSc in BIM to adopt new technology in the civil engineering sector.
• Retrofit design of existing Fire station, Assessment of vertical extension on existing structure • Supervise design member of the team • Compared with Japanese and Bangladeshi seismic code • Establish and monitor construction work schedules and construction monitoring and quality control • Report to Client for every steps of construction quality.
• Design New Factory, Details Structural Assessment (DEA) & retrofit design of Industrial Building • Measuring and documenting existing structures for further analysis and drawing production • NDT & SDT test required to perform for assessment, Computer based model analysis. Prepared report for Client • Architectural Plan, Structural Design, Drafting and detailing feasibility studies, economic analyses • Supervision of new construction & Retrofit work, Rebar Check, Checking Material quality on site • Checking Estimate, Cost Analysis, BOQ, • fire safety inspections and advice fire safety equipments like fire detactors, sprinkler & hydrant system • Select contractor (compare quotation and ability), checking bill
• Coordinating field surveys, Fire Risk Assessment, assessing hazardous materials, and acceptance testing for Fire Alarm System & Fire Protection System. • Review of shop drawings for Fire Alarm System, Standpipe System, wet Sprinkler System, emergency lighting system, fire and life safety strategy, and hydraulic calculations on fire protection design bases. • Reviewing & assist the design team to develop escape & rescue plan – fire safety plan & means of egress. • Prepare schedule and to promote action to recover any delay.
• Assist in managing rehabilitation projects Asphalt Concrete Overlay over the Runway at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport, Kurmitola, Dhaka. • Crack sealing of pavement, drainage and structure maintenance. • Construction Supervision, Quality Control and Quality Acceptance of materials and management works. • Check and approve testing of materials, asphalt concrete mix design and operations required to ensure that the Works comply with the Specifications. • Ascertain the Contractors Work measurements as being correct and within the terms of the Construction Contract.
• Collecting Daily project reports from Project/site Engineers and submit to the management • Structural Design, Drafting and detailing • Prepare Work schedule (in MS Project), Design, Estimate & budget planning, Cost Analysis, BOQ, • Select sub-contractor (compare quotation), checking bill, Rebar Check, Checking Material quality on site. • Responsible for safety of supervised personnel; ensures that craft personnel comply with established safety policies and procedures, and that they practice safe work habits
