Experiences in Oil&Gas plant, Food&Dairy Processing plant and Energy plant. I have provided onshore / offshore site support for contractors and clients in Vietnam, Qatar, Brazil, France, Spain, Nigeria, Yemen, Korea,Thailand, Indonesia, Myanmar and Congo. My target is to keep on providing leadership and strong advice during the engineering, pre-comm, commissioning and start-up phases of International Projects.
Two New Wellhead Platforms. Commissioning Site leader responsible for the coordination and completion of Pre-commissioning and Commissioning activities (preparation phase and site execution phase) including supervision of ICAPS© database population as well as introduce the use of TIPS (paperless tool on tablet). Job contents: - To work closely with client NOC team (Construction, Commissioning and Operation) during preparation and pre-com & commissioning site activities. - Ensure that OPERCOM® methodology and ICAPS© software are well understood and applied by all the parties involved. - To perform OPERCOM® reminder / training - To follow/supervise Contractor Commissioning sites activities (Leak tests,OP, Loop tests, FAT/SAT, Energization LV / HV…) - To perform Operational Test. - To develop and promote the use on site of the paperless tool TIPS on tablet. TIPS (developped by Actemium) is a paperless solution to ensure an optimized and safe management of your construction and commissioning activities. - Interface meetings with others contracts: CPP platform and subsea pipeline. - To manage a team of E&I, Meca, ICAPS©. - To prepare/review various Commissioning procedures (sequence, execution plan, OTP,…) - To review/update OPERCOM® sheets as per site requirements. - To follow the management of Punch list system. - To promote HSE worksite instructions and policy. - To provide reports to Management as required and requested. - To ensure that PTW system is done as PTW commissioning procedure requirements. - Daily meetings to review/approve PTW site activities. - To follow the good completion of RFC, AOC dossiers.
New Wellhead Platforms Precommissioning-Commissioning coordinator responsible for the coordination and completion of Pre-commissioning and Commissioning Offshore site activities (Greenfield and Brownfield) including ICAPS© R.5 database follow-up. Role with competency in ICAPS, Construction and Commissioning multi-disciplines. Report directly to the Commissioning Site Leader. - Ensure that ICAPS database is managed properly by Contractor. - Follow the good completion of RFC, AOC and TOM dossiers. - Follow correctly the management of Punch list system by given to Contractor priorities according the commissioning sequences . - Adhere to and effectively communicate Project HSE WORKSITE(S) instructions and policies. - Provide reports to Management as required and requested. - Ensure that PTW system is done as PTW commissioning procedure requirements. - Ensure a progress efficiency to keep on schedule. - Supervise the commissioning activities on site. - Ensure smooth handover with Operation.
