Guiding Saudi Railway Company with over a year's expertise in Industrial Security Management, my journey has been marked by an unwavering commitment to excellence in industrial safety and supervisory skills. At the helm of HSSE, our team's efforts are focused on cultivating a culture of safety and operational efficiency. Previously, as Executive Director at SWCC_KSA, I steered industrial security initiatives that elevated our fire protection standards. Leveraging management of change processes, we have successfully navigated complex safety landscapes, reinforcing my dedication to safeguarding our people and assets through strategic leadership and meticulous risk management.
1- Safety Sec.: - Participate as member of HAZOP to ensure a proper process was held. - Participate as consultant member for RA and its controls. - Perform a spot check over all JSA in PTW daily basis. - Deliver a schedule trainings to contractor and direct. - Perform a daily field monitoring to ensure safety of people and equipment's and report unsafe act/condition. - Lead EHSS projects managing to success. - Coordinate all plants during turnaround to ensure the quality of. 2- SHEM (Safety, Health, Environment, Security) Management System: - Audit data controlling through E-System. - EHSS Management system reviewing in term of OHSAS, ISOs and SHEM. - Coordinating External, Internal and self-Audits.
1- Daily maintenance activities team: - Ensure the team to stick with all EHSS procedures during Inspection or PM. - Ensure the team in Referring to Quality assurance procedure when replacing any material. - Provide the team any support when performing any Maintenance activity. - Follow up all pending action regarding to unsafe act/ condition with concern. 2- Shut down activities: - Coordinating all tasks with respect to all shutdown procedure. 3- Over hauling activities: - Assembling and Disassembling according to EHSS Maintenance procedure.
