I am an investment and business leader with more than 25 years of professional experience across institutional investment management, international asset management, investment advisory, business development and corporate leadership. I currently serve as Chief Executive Officer of Methak Investment Holding, following earlier roles as Deputy CEO and Chief Investment Officer. Over the years, my responsibilities have expanded from investment management and portfolio construction to enterprise strategy, governance, organizational development and long-term value creation. A significant part of my career has been focused on building and institutionalizing investment capabilities. This has included developing strategic asset allocation and investment policy frameworks, designing multi-asset investment strategies, establishing manager selection and monitoring processes, restructuring public equity portfolios, and working with a wide range of international investment managers and advisers. As CEO, I have also focused extensively on corporate governance and organizational transformation. This has included developing and implementing governance frameworks, policies and procedures, strengthening Board and committee processes, restructuring organizational functions, and leading a major legal and ownership restructuring involving Trust and Waqf structures. I have served on Boards and a range of Investment, Management, Asset Management and Asset Allocation Committees, and I particularly enjoy contributing where investment judgment, governance, strategy and long-term thinking come together. I believe good investment outcomes are rarely the result of investment selection alone.
