With ongoing experience in the delivery of high-level outcomes as a Product Support Analyst and Field Service Engineer in prominent organisations, I have been privileged to have been provided with a range of experiences and opportunities that have allowed me to develop a holistic skill-set, as well as a large network of industry professionals and, most importantly, friends. My ability to perform mathematical calculations, my sound working ethics, confidentiality, exceptional customer service skills, thorough analysis, good judgment, and problem solving abilities have ensured that I am able to achieve organisational goals. This experience at a Senior Management level has proved that I have been able to showcase my substantial industry knowledge as demonstrated by an understanding and use of the principles, theories and practices pertinent to area of responsibility. My time in employment has allowed me to not only succeed professionally, but to expand my personal understandings, expectations of myself, and expectations of those around me. Within this role, I have been able to provide a high level of service to customers and business units, whilst ensure that client systems are fully operational and any loss of service is restored in a timely and efficient manner. I have been able to work well under pressure, manage competing priorities, meet and exceed expectations on process turnaround for assigned tasks and follow ups, and handle issue resolution to closure. This experience has allowed me to contribute in the development and implementation of practice excellence strategies and tactical execution that meet organisational goals and objectives. I have been able to showcase my understanding in the administration and user side functionality within the supported software applications, additionally research and develop process improvements in dedication to continuous improvement. This role has allowed me to grow exponentially, furthering my skills and abilities in a major international organisation, where I have utilised a truly holistic management skill-set to provide continuous outcomes with regularity.
This position allowed me to successfully lead the EGM Project Installation Team, as well as provide technical assistance to Telstra Uplift Project, Spring Racing Carnival, Annual NSW Club Expo, and Brisbane AHG Expo. I was able to contribute to the growth and success of the organisation by establishing and maintaining strong business relationships with customers and peers, and performing necessary administrative duties effectively. My wider understanding of both the business and the industry meant that I was able to complete preventative maintenance and field modifications, and adhere to current regulatory requirements including but not limited to, HIPPA and OSHA. I was able to exhibit my capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced, self-directed, entrepreneurial environment, and utilise my excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy to understand manner. This role allowed me to grow both as a professional and an individual– setting me up for future excellence in service delivery, and an increased skill-set that I have carried into other roles.
