One of the three project engineers in the installation and commissioning of XL Tandem Press Line Project is consisting of: - 1 set of 2000T mechanical press and 3 sets of 1000T mechanical press - FOL automation equipment - Feeder automation System -EOL automation equipment and unloading robot - Pit cover and supporting beams - Whole line sound enclosure Responsibilities: - Orchestrated seamless collaboration among 90 blue-collar employees spanning mechanics, electronics, automation, and piping teams during the installation of a 4-machine press line, ensuring an efficient workflow. Aligned the progress of sub-teams by strategizing equipment allocation and interventions to maintain consistent advancement. - Identified and implemented strategies to enhance productivity. Assessed workflows, introduced process optimizations, and resolved inter-team bottlenecks, resulting in a 15% reduction in project timeline and elevated productivity within diverse sub-teams. - Interfaced with the Chinese company Jier, supplier of the press line, coordinating efforts between their 2 engineers, 7 blue-collar employees, and manager, and aligning their work plan with our company's objectives. Successfully resolved conflicts, ensuring a harmonious working relationship.
