• Lead initiatives to enhance end to end seller payments journey. Identify pain points, friction areas, and opportunities for improvements, and develop strategies to optimize the seller payment experience focusing on ease of use, efficiency, and transparency. • Develop and implement robust processes to minimize payment losses and chargebacks in working closely with internal teams. Analyze patterns and trends to identify root causes and drive initiatives to manage losses and streamline chargeback dispute resolution. • Define payment strategies and measures to proactively identify and mitigate payment risks, including fraud. Partner closely with Performance, Trust & Safety, Data Science, and Operations teams to ensure secure payment ecosystem for sellers. • Lead the automation of key payment processes and strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce manual intervention, and enhance scalability.
