Lead QA/QC oversight for the construction of a large-scale bio-energy plant, ensuring all civil and structural infrastructure, including anaerobic digestion tanks, food waste reception sheds, and weighbridge systems to meets project specifications. Bridge the gap between design and execution by providing technical feedback to the design team, identifying potential constructability issues, and ensuring site realities are reflected in engineering updates. Manage the full ITP (Inspection and Test Plan) lifecycle, developing and verifying quality benchmarks for critical groundworks, concrete slabs, and specialized bio-waste handling structures. Ensure rigorous compliance with Australian Standards and project-specific requirements through regular site audits, material inspections, and subcontractor performance reviews. Coordinate with site teams and subcontractors to verify that all civil works provide a compliant and high-quality foundation for upcoming mechanical and energy-extraction equipment installations. Maintain comprehensive quality documentation, including method statements and non-conformance reports (NCRs), to ensure a seamless transition from the civil phase to the mechanical commissioning of the plant.
