As a Human Resources professional, my focus lies in both implementing new and managing existing HRM systems across large organizational environments, with the goal of developing organizational know-how, strategy, and human capital.I have hands-on experience with SAP (HANA), SuccessFactors, and organizational management, particularly in areas such as Performance Management, Comp&Ben modules, Grading and Evaluation System implementation, Talent Acquisition, and promotion management system setups. I have also been involved in designing and integrating end-to-end compensation and benefits processes in collaboration with leading methodologies from Korn Ferry, Mercer and WTW. This includes conducting job analysis and mapping to job architecture studies based on KF methodology. From a strategic perspective, I have contributed to skills and standard work studies using Signavio to define sustainable KPI designs, as well as live monitoring through systems such as SAP BW, BI tools. My expertise also extends to Legal and Industrial Relations (including labor union processes with MESS and individual cases), Administrative Affairs, and third-party service management. Recently, I have been focusing on understanding UN wage methodologies, particularly gender equality and transparent pay practices.My overarching aim is to transform daily HR processes into live, streamlined systems that enable continuous improvement and create added value from the human capital perspective. As a certified Six Sigma Green Belt HR professional, I am committed to identifying new productivity fields, optimizing daily tasks, and analyzing opportunities to generate organizational value. As an HR Business Partner, I bring multi-level experience across end-to-end HR needs, including talent acquisition, talent management, performance, daily workforce operations, health and safety, industrial and labor union relations, administrative affairs, contractor management, and expense and budget management.
