Develop and recommend company policy and position on legal issues. -Drafting legal documents. Write and administer complex vendor, agency, purchase, sale, distributorship, leasing, confidentiality etc contracts -Provide legal consulting on board of directors' resolutions as well as General Assembly proceedings on regular basis -Representing the corporation before administrative boards and court trials arising from actual or anticipated lawsuits -Guiding managers on regulatory and compliance matters -Analyzing legal issues relating to proposed products -Providing supervision to outside lawyers hired to assist the corporation with their specialized legal services -Provide legal counsel on structuring joint enterprises with other organizations -Conduct and coordinate research into a variety of legal issues
