I was producer of 21 hours of live television broadcast from the National Ploughing Championships 2016. We were live from midday to 7pm each day, 22 - 24 September. Guests included Micheal Martin, Gerry Adams, US Ambassador Kevin O'Malley, Simon Coveney, Brendan Howlin, Brent Pope, Jamie Heaslip and Rachel Allen. Directed by Theo O'Grady.
I was producer of "Grassroots Live from the National Ploughing Championships", 3 x 2 hour live daily broadcasts from 3pm to 5pm looking at the business of farming. Guests included a cross section of players from the industry including the IFA president, director of Teagasc , Bord Bia, NDC, TJ Reid and Anna May McHugh. Presenters Alan Brereton & Amy Kelly.
