• Lead and manage a 30-member multidisciplinary team in designing, developing, and optimizing diverse employee experience solutions across multiple domains. • Oversee the development of HR and administrative process automation, a comprehensive travel experience application integrating aviation-specific Pass ticketing systems, and a mobile superapp that consolidates 40+ distinct processes and applications to enhance employee experience and productivity. • Drive the development of both mobile and web applications, ensuring seamless integration, scalability, and user-centric design across different platforms. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, particularly HR, administrative affairs, operations, and finance, to align technology initiatives with strategic employee experience objectives. • Provide technology solutions and support for 9 subsidiary companies, ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency across all organizations. • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to foster continuous innovation and elevate the overall employee journey. • Cultivate a culture of agility, collaboration, and continuous learning, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices within the engineering team. • Utilize data-driven insights and user feedback to iteratively refine and enhance mobile and web-based employee experience platforms. • Ensure strict compliance with security and data privacy regulations throughout the development process. • Provide strategic leadership, mentorship, and direction, ensuring the successful and timely delivery of projects within budget constraints.
- Responsibilities Digital and Enterprise Solutions unit include managing a team of approximately 20 resources including software developers, business analysts and testers to support the business that is responsible for providing customer experience and employee productivity. - Reorganized the team, established and implemented efficient SDLC processes and fostered the transition to Agile. With this initiative we qualified as a “GPTW Certificated Company” - Created innovative projects: Imlec (Gamified Crowdsourcing), Ghost (RPA Platform), Notify (Mobile push, web push, email, and in-app messages), GoDigital (Live Video Stream), TGB AI Chatbot (Natural Language Understanding), MetaBase (open source selfservice data analytics tool), Oyna (Quiz Game), ASSOS (WFM), etc. - Support business in choosing, designing and maintaining innovative and new solutions.
