Reporting to the global customer support manager responsible for all global service delivery, product management, and repair depot operations.
I lead the Vertiv Industrial Power(Chloride product group), DC Power(Netsure product group), and Data Center Application(Knurr, Avocent, Geist products group) field service&service sale operations across Central Asia Countries and Turkey; AC power across Central Asia Countries. I directly manage the service team that consists of 8 service engineers based in Turkey(3), Azerbaijan(1), Uzbekistan(1), and Kazakhstan(3). Reporting to a Service Director who is responsible for all service delivery operations across Central Asia, Turkey, and Eastern Europe. Due to customer-driven operations, I frequently travel across All Central Asia Countries, All parts of Turkey and Eastern Europe Countries.
