-To organize transportation business of OMV PO Air Supply units all around the Turkey. -To prepare articles of technical contracts for Aviation Oil Transportation. -To audit garages, offices and drivers of hauliers. -To give a training periodically to transporters and to visit on their field. -To prepare KPI files of Aviation Oil Transportation periodically. -To audit area operations of Railway Transportation and to supply the deficiencies that are detected at the end. -To track the operations of Railway Transportations.
-To represent the company via his dealers and customers in his responsible cities (Marmara Region). -To expand network of dealers in his area of responsibility by making new contracts. -To carry on the routine inspections of existing dealers. -To arrange complete and organized sales of company products (such as oil- gift vouchers) in dealers. -To coordinate transaction by acting as a bridge between dealers and company. -To provide the balance between risk-limit-bail of dealers and to keep under control their current account. -To structure daily,weekly and monthly plans and achieve preplanned goals. -To solve the problems betweeen dealers ans final consumers and inform the company about this problems. -To prepare the daily and monthly reports about visited dealers and customers and deliver this reports to senior management.
-To inspect the land transport process of Petrol Ofisi and determine how to do. -Cost reduction of transportation , productivity gain, to design appropriate systems and process for HSSE criterias. -To organize transportation business of Turkish Military Units with over 250 dealers of OMV PO. -Take responsibility for technical quality, innovation, partnerships, mentoring, in order to continuously deepen and strengthen the technical excellence of the practice. -Work effectively with the transport teams in country offices.
