Two things I've spent my career mastering: hiring the right people, and helping others build genuine connections on LinkedIn. Since 2020, I've led in-house Talent Acquisition across EMEA, DACH, the UK and the US — working on everything from specialist roles to C-level hires. For me, it's not just about filling a position. I've founded three companies, now merged into GrowthBy — a talent agency that helps companies with recruitment and supports solopreneurs with social selling. Having been a founder myself, I know that growth comes down to one thing: turning genuine effort into real results. With a background in Social Psychology, I've always been curious about what motivates people, what holds them back, and how to bring the right people together.
