As an active member of the South Yarra Primary School community, I have continued my personal and professional development, notably, in supporting students with additional learning needs. I have designed Individual Education Plans (IEP), and Behaviour Management Plans (BMP), alongside personal student resources to provide tailored, holistic, and equitable support. My passion and desire to create a safe, calm, and welcoming learning environment, couples with the schools foundational ideology for student wellbeing. As I continue in this role, I endeavour to provide, both the school and my students, the highest level of education and care.
