Leading the end-to-end customer experience both digitally and in-store for Walmart’s Auto Care Centers (ACC).
Responsible for graphic design, layout, and content across all Model e webpages. This included: • Vehicle pages on Ford.com including Ford Lightning and Mustang Mach e. • Electric vehicle education pages • Home charging/public charging ecosystem • Commerce experience • In-store point of sale Utilized the latest brand components and platforms to launch new digital media.
As a member of the Global XD team, I helped lead the transformation of Ford to an experience brand by creating differentiating 'out-of-vehicle' experiences that delighted users through empathy, creativity, and design.
Produced mid-to-large design projects for both print and electronic communications (e.g. promotions, advertisements, and instructional materials) distributed through a variety of media outlets. Managed annual campaign creative collateral. Participated in additional group functions including brainstorming and event marketing strategy.
Responsibilities: Digital production for static and interactive HTML5 ads, print production, brand identity, web development, and video direction.
Project-based role. The project: developed digital ads promoting Verizon’s 5G Ultra Wide-band technology.
Developed brand experiences across existing and new product platforms. Provided creative material and strategy for Ford Next LLC. Created brand identity for new businesses within Ford including Ford Drive and Elevate. Responsibilities included: Brand identity, art direction, UX/UI, social media design, visual and verbal design for screens, print and storytelling.
