As a project manager,i consulted with potential clients and developed key performance indicators.I then organised my team and gave a breakdown of what is expected of the project.We worked with the design team to create a mood board or 3D renditions to enable the clients get a pictoral idea of what we plan to do. I organised the suppliers and got all workers on board,gave project brief,estimated value of what the project would cost,scheduled a timeline and supervised every detail of the job. Part of my job was estimating likely snags that might occur and proferring a solution ahead or immediately.This experience,working in a male dominated industry built strength,leadership skills,organisational skills,interpersonal skills in me.
