Alongside leading the financial integration of acquisitions, I also steer the related divestment processes, covering valuation, buyer engagement, and overall financial transaction governance. On the integration side, I coordinate cross‑functional finance workstreams—ranging from SAP and Tax to HR and Legal—while ensuring robust reporting, forecasting, and operational continuity. I work closely with senior stakeholders to align priorities and drive timely delivery of all financial milestones.
I headed the controlling activities for Vandemoortele's bakery division. This included coaching the controlling team, managing the full P&L and providing a strategic outlook.
I took on a short term project during the first months after the acquisition of a US-based company to facilitate the collaboration on reporting and processes. I helped to establish a relation between the companies and ensured effective coordination and completion of a first wave of financial integration.
