ARAMCO Stadium Project - 47,000 seats - AFC/FIFA - Saudi Arabia 2IC on this iconic 6bSAR project, acting as right hand man to the Project Director. Leading the commercial and project controls team, including planning, risk management, cost control, procurement, finance, contracts and commercial teams. Managed downstream supply chain relations, including over 120 subcontracts, and negotiated all claims and variation orders with clients, whilst maintaining outstanding client relationship at all times.

As a member of the Administrative Board of Student Kick-Off, together with 6 other members, we bear the final responsibility of Student Kick-Off vzw. This includes financial and legal aspects of our organisation, but also determining the long-term vision an taking care of our image towards the outside world. Apart from these responsibilities related to the good functioning of our organisation, we also take the coaching and supporting of our younger members and staff very serious. Evaluating and understanding the needs of the people making "stuff happen on the field" is considered critical at Student Kick-Off. Therefor, we make sure to be very close to them, by transparent communication and two-way evaluations. Finally, I make it a point of honor to be on site during the D-day(s) of final preparations and actual event, to assist, support, and encourage the young gents and ladies making our dreams and visions come true. During this internship on the LIVAN-project in Antwerp, I was responsible for a small part of the construction process. My job was to supervise a team of workers and improve the process. I was also responsible for the digitalization and analysis of quality and production data, in order to suggest improvements of the production process and use of materials. Thanks to the large amount of data, I was also able to analyze the productivity of the several teams and make long term estimations on finishing dates of critical path activities.
During this internship I was responsible for the supervision of a team of 15 on daily basis, making a weekly planning for the team, running quality checks, supervising the material stocks on site,... All under the supervising of the main site manager.
