Coinbase Wallet, Creator Tools (‘24 - ’25) Led the launch of galleries, mint referrals, and points rewards, contributing to 80% of all CBW mints. Defined roadmap and shipped an internal beta for creator tools, including post creation, minting, video feed and a 3rd-party creator tool studio. Conducted 20+ customer interviews. Payments Risk, Risk UX ('23 - '24) Launched self-serve scam quiz using ML to identify high-risk users, card scan, and account review to reduce false positives. Led risk UX initiatives within a 20+ person cross-functional team, contributing 25% to the team's KR. Reduced restricted users by 90%.
