In this role I provided support and service for restaurants, bars, hotels and catering. As a specialist in this role I am able to adapt quickly to different situations, adjust and fit in to many different teams and provide excellent customer service in numerous roles (as a hostess, server, bartender or caterer).
As a general manager I ran the business on a day-to-day basis, striving for optimal efficiency whilst creating a pleasant working environment. • Management of the staff including hiring, training and HR functions • Responsible for daily service to ensure full customer satisfaction and to maximise profits • Role as a central point of communication for the entire team • Inventory management and restaurant administration (rosters, purchases, finances) • Management of social media accounts
During this traineeship I followed several workshops concerning social entrepreneurship, communication and personal development.
