- Manage the North America candidate experience team; hire, develop, and retain top talent within the team - Lead the team to create exceptional candidate and recruiter experiences through innovative talent enablement approaches - Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic candidate experience programs aligned with the company's growth objectives and talent acquisition goals - Own and examine the hiring manager and candidate experience feedback surveys to continuously assess and elevate our interview process - Evaluate, implement, and manage recruiting technology platforms and tools to support efficient and effective talent acquisition processes
Coordination -- Support 3 recruiters & 4 sourcers across various teams, pipelines, and locations. -- Schedule and manage over 1000 interviews per half. -- Act as point of contact for candidate and maintain high standards of candidate experience Leadership -- Manage 5 recruiting coordinators and hold weekly 1-on-1s -- Focus on roadblock removal, mentorship, and success enablement within their respective pipelines -- Use data to drive engagement and accountability across recruiting and business partners Project Management -- Created and implemented interviewer training program within a new pipeline -- Participate in a task force to improve the results of the bi-annual employee Pulse survey -- Creates training and onboarding plan for all in-coming team members
