Led the Government Business Unit to strategise and deliver on digital transformation solutions. The enterprise-level project was driven by a team from across Australia and China dedicated to the overall project delivery, portfolio growth, stakeholder satisfaction and a strategic approach to media intelligence. Oversaw the creation of content strategies to increase adoption, drive engagement as well as create and execute large scale onboarding and customer experience lifecycle engagement strategies. Beyond this, I worked directly with custom solutions, engineering team and product teams to help liaise and ultimately shape the product offerings in line with the client to drive overall satisfaction.

Our customers, including corporate communications and other media-centric professionals, are pioneering the creation of highly transparent, tightly connected customer communications. With the Meltwater media intelligence platform, they can stay on top of billions of online conversations, extract relevant insights, and use them to strategically drive brand perception for their company. I managed the largest portfolio within AUNZ based on annualised revenue (4.1m AUD) with full retention and expansion responsibilities. Positioning myself as the strategic partner, I focused on the client's usage and adoption of Meltwater's full product suite to help deliver these objectives. Aside from managing the onboarding, renewals and growth of my client portfolio, I was also responsible for managing one Key Account Manager and coaching 3 Key Account Analysts to develop their skills to ensure career progression into a sales/client success role.
