About

From my early grounding in trade and product marketing, digital communications and business development at Microsoft, I have driven change and empowered organisational health for digitally focussed organisations. When I landed at AOL in 2010 to lead the UK marketing function during a critical transformation period, I was excited by the challenge of commercialising AOL’s UK audience. Building and leading the business operations function and driving sustainable growth was a huge part of my remit. In fact, it led me develop the marketing strategy and lead the overall programme management as part of the senior team who launched the Huffington Post in the UK. Now, as CRO EMEA for PubMatic — a global digital advertising technology company for premium content creators — strategy, change and bringing people together to help them work smartly, continue as the central theme in my career. I am also deeply passionate about diversity and inclusion and supporting women to become the very best versions of themselves.
