- providing legal representation and advice to migrants in Dublin and asylum procedure, administrative detention - taking responsibility for own caseload, including correspondence with clients, authorities and external partners, case documentation - drafting legal submissions to cantonal and federal authorities and courts - interim coordination of the Dublin team, incl. coordinating volunteers, monitoring deadlines and ensuring the quality of legal submissions
- supporting the UN Special Rapporteur's mandate by providing background legal research and preparing a country assessment for an official mission - participating in confidential high-level meetings with exterrnal stakeholders
